NP2GO Team

Our founder saw a need for affordable, high-quality care. She started NP2GO in 2019 to provide accessible weight loss support, telemedicine visits, and more. Since then, our small, woman-owned business has started offering more services and expanded our team – so we can help more patients across the country!

As a business, we aim to be a good team for our patients and each other. Thank you for choosing NP2GO! To learn more about how we can help you feel your best, please contact us.

Meet Our Founder

My name is Kara De La Pena. I was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for helping others, which inspired me to create NP2GO. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, I hope to bring convenient care to on-the-go individuals, parents and families, homebound patients, and so many others.

I received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2008 and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2012 from Oklahoma City Community College. In 2012, I also finished my Bachelor of Science in Nursing while working as a critical care nurse. I graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2019.

I am licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. I am certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

What to Expect

New and returning patients can easily schedule an appointment online. Just select your state, then choose your service and date. From there, you just need to share some basic information.

For weight loss appointments and virtual visits, you will meet with a healthcare expert online. For our mobile services, a nurse will arrive at your house within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

Depending on the service, our visits usually last 1 to 2 hours. Get in touch or schedule a visit to start feeling your best with NP2GO!

We provide virtual visits in 38 states and Washington, D.C. If you are in the OKC Metro, we can travel to your home, or you can visit our office in Edmond.
