FAQs

What age of patients do you see?

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, NP2GO can see patients as young as newborns and older; however, our policy is to see patients 15 months and older.

As of 2021, we will see patients virtually who are 15 months and older (for limited conditions) and in-person 12 years and above.

Urgent Care visits can be made for pediatric patients under 12 years old in-office only.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes, NP2GO can prescribe and administer medication needed DURING your appointment and, if appropriate or necessary, can give you a prescription to pick up at your local pharmacy.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a $10 referral discount, but you must mention this discount when booking. We also have added package deals for injections and IV Infusions.

Do you take insurance?

No, but we do offer flexible ways to pay and accept Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts.

What if I am a hard stick?

We can take our time to find the perfect vein. We strive to only poke patients one time, and we strive not to leave bruises or marks. Sometimes, these are inevitable, but we prioritize making you as comfortable as possible.

Why Choose NP2GO?

NP2GO utilizes Registered Nurses and LPNs for our iV infusions. Every patient will be seen by a Nurse Practitioner before or during the appointment by virtual communication.

What happens if I need to go to the ER?

NP2GO will tell you either before the appointment or during the assessment if we think that you need to be seen in the emergency room. Patient safety is our utmost priority. You will be refunded for your visit and only charged a $50 travel fee.

If I want to schedule an IV Party, how do I do that? How many people can get an IV at one time?

For large parties over 4, please call to schedule. We will send you a link to fill out health information for each patient—discounts are given on 5 patients or more. There is no limit on the number of iV infusions that we can do at one time.
