FAQs

What age of patients do you see?

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, NP2GO can see patients* as young as newborns and older; however, our policy is to see patients 15 months and older.

Pediatric patients over the age of 15 months may be seen virtually for limited conditions (pink eye, rash, impetigo, staph, UTI, cuts/abrasions).

For mobile visits, pediatric patients must be at least 12 years old. Please reach out with any questions.

* we do not treat pediatrics for weight loss.

Can you prescribe medication?

Yes, NP2GO can prescribe and administer medication needed DURING your appointment and, if appropriate or necessary, can give you a prescription to pick up at your local pharmacy.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer multiple-person IV discounts and group party discounts. Call for corporate pricing for parties over 10 people. We provide packages for b12 and skinny shots at reduced prices, as well as IV membership and IV packages.

Do you take insurance?

No, but we do offer flexible ways to pay and accept Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

What if I’ve been told I’m a “hard stick”?

We ask patients who have been told they are hard sticks to let us know when booking. We also ask that the patient hydrates the day before and the day of the IV with lots of water, if possible. We also advise they take a hot shower or bath before we arrive or place a heating pack on their arms before our arrival.

We take our time finding a good vein for IV infusion and try to minimize the number of sticks and bruising (bruising is sometimes inevitable, unfortunately). We prioritize making the insertion and experience as comfortable as possible.

Why Choose NP2GO?

NP2GO utilizes Registered Nurses and LPNs for our IV infusions. Every patient will be seen by a Nurse Practitioner before or during the appointment by virtual communication.

Our nurse practitioners can call in medications as needed and follow up with you during recovery. The nurse practitioners are available after your appointment with communication via call or text.

What happens if I need to go to the ER?

NP2GO will tell you either before the appointment or during the assessment if we think that you need to be seen in the emergency room. Patient safety is our utmost priority. You will be refunded for your visit and only charged a $75 travel fee.

If I want to schedule an IV Party, how do I do that? How many people can get an IV at one time?

You can schedule a party online for up to 5 people. For more than five people, you can call or text our office. We will need to know the name and email of each person attending. We have done corporate parties of 20 people in less than 2 hours. Please contact the office for corporate pricing or parties over 10 people.
