Weight Loss Visits and Prescriptions at NP2GO

Our goal is to support you continuously throughout your weight loss journey. As such, our services are affordable, convenient, and tailored to your needs and preferences. To help you reach your weight loss goals, we may prescribe safe and effective medications. These include compound medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. These can both assist with weight loss and long-term weight management. Please note that compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are not FDA approved. 

To ensure you have the help you need to set yourself up for success, we offer regular weight loss virtual visits in multiple states across the country. Our visits are $99 every three months. Our medications are available in different doses, so there is an ideal option for your body’s needs at every step of your weight loss journey.

Which compounding pharmacies do you collaborate with?
We partner with a range of fully licensed compounding pharmacies, selected based on your state. These pharmacies are PCAB accredited and adhere to strict standards including ISO 5 certification, USP 795, USP 797, USP 800, and cGMP processes for both sterile and non-sterile compounding.
Can you tell me about your medical providers?
Our team consists of board-certified nurse practitioners, specializing in GLP1 medications for weight management since 2019. We are proud members of the Obesity Medicine Association, committed to following the latest evidence-based research in obesity medicine.
Is insurance accepted for your services?

Currently, we do not accept insurance. However, we offer transparent pricing and can assist in filing prior authorizations if your insurance covers anti-obesity medications.

Are there specific BMI requirements for treatment?
While insurance coverage for GLP1 medications typically requires a BMI over 27 with a comorbidity or a BMI over 30, we focus on treating the individual rather than just the BMI number.
Do I need to provide lab results?

Lab results are not mandatory, but you’re welcome to send them for review during your appointment. Please email them to [email protected].

What is the duration of a typical visit?

Visits usually last between 10 to 20 minutes.

Why are quarterly visits necessary?
We mandate a follow-up every three months, either virtually or through an updated intake form, to ensure your progress is effectively monitored and documented.
What customer support options are available?

Do you provide medication for nausea?
Yes, we can prescribe anti-emetic medications like Zofran or Phenergan, which can be filled at your local pharmacy if deemed suitable.

Yes, compounded medications such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide are shipped directly to your home, with shipping costs included in the medication price.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days, although this can vary.
