From your first telemedicine visit to regular check-ins during your weight loss plans, we prioritize clarity and comfort in every interaction, ensuring that distance and language never stand in the way of your care.
Accessibility & Communication
As a team, we strive to provide a welcoming environment for everyone. If you prefer to communicate in a language other than English or require specific accommodations, we have the tools and team to support you during your virtual visits.
- Spanish Language Support: NP2GO is happy to work with your interpreter during consultations to ensure seamless and accurate communication. Our website also features Spanish-language translation capabilities to help you navigate our services with confidence.
- Deaf & Hard of Hearing Community: We have experience serving patients in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and are dedicated to providing accessible, dignified care that aligns with your communication preferences.
- Online Accessibility: We implement accessibility tools on our website to allow patients to customize their digital experience. These features (which are toggled on using the yellow icon at the bottom of the screen) adjust content to support users with vision impairments, seizure risk, ADHD, or cognitive disabilities.
